Typical outplacement companies counsel
and teach the candidates on adjusting to the emotions of transition and on addressing concerns and desires candidates have towards
the marketplace. Most of the process teaches the candidate how to job search.
After counseling, however, we
create a marketing strategy and targeted materials and then provide research to quickly
move the employee into the marketplace. We assist the candidate to specifically
identify his or her career role and then target selected industries.

Typical outplacement companies
provide a "traditional" resume, either chronological or functional in format.
Marketing resumes with advertising mind
sets and position statements will be developed to work with the marketing action plan we

candidate on how to research and provide company names, location, size, etc.
