General Review

“I’m here for one reason” said David, during our first meeting.  “I’ve been in private legal practice long enough.  I’m tired of the stress, tired of the hours, tired of the overhead…. I need to find a stable place with some long term growth opportunities”.  It worked!

David is probably the first attorney that I have worked with who has absolutely attacked the Legal portion of our website.  In addition to our training and development processes, he was searching sites, making lists, taking names, and generating activity from the first moment that he was given a ‘password’.  His consultant gave him unpublished opportunities and extensive research on the companies he was targeting.  He used both spot and growth opportunities and key decision makers to find where he wanted to go.

By the end of our second meeting, he had developed a part-time contract with a national leading insurance organization, in the legal department.  Within 4 days of being on site, he discovered there were two permanent openings in the legal department.  With a foot in the door, he began the application and interviewing process.
