Client: Howard
General Review
Howard is an attorney who needed to get out of the "rat race" of working for a demanding New York City-based law firm. He wanted to familiarize himself with the R. L. Stevens' methods to open doors and find a unique position that would provide him with more quality time, especially now that his first child is on the way.
Howard, unlike many attorneys, wanted an organization that would give him flexibility and freedom, certainly not the typical law firm environment. His consultant developed a communication strategy that would help Howard move from a law firm to a corporate career. His resume targeted his skills and expertise that would transfer perfectly. He was given extensive research and unpublished opportunities to pursue.
Barely into the real campaign, using the R.L. Stevens website, Howard uncovered a major opportunity only minutes from his home in North Jersey. Although he will now work for a major corporation, the decision-maker who is hiring Howard for a special division particularly appreciated his "free spirit" and need for a "unique niche in the right organization".
Howard recently said, "I've got to take this position. It's too good to turn down! I never expected this to happen so quickly or in such a major corporation. But the part of the organization I'm dealing with is like a smaller company. They've even agreed to "paternity leave" when my child is born. Thanks for your help.”
