General Review

“I’m sick at my stomach, I have no time to myself, I feel like a gerbil on a wheel.”  Those were Kathy’s words during our first consultation.  After 15+ years of retail management at the franchise and corporate level, she was ready for some evenings and weekends to herself.  She felt trapped in a cycle that could not be stopped… her life was not her own.

Having recently resigned her position with a major national retail chain, her training and campaign were expedited quickly.  The resume development and strategies for interviewing were foundational to her success.  Kathy was given extensive research on potential companies and provided with key decision maker names to aid in her campaign.  With all of the marketing materials at hand, she learned quickly, worked diligently on the development homework assignments, and found herself in several informational interviews within a week of her seminar training on networking and generating activity.

Her new position is out of management, out of retail, in a growth company, working 8-5, five days a week, with a promised review for positional and financial increase within 6 months of her starting date.  Needless to say, she is thrilled.
