General Review
Mark was in a good position, earning a good income but the future didn’t look bright. There was no real potential to move forward and the management was stifling. Changes were being implemented that would further inhibit Mark’s ability to grow. This is what brought Mark to RL Stevens & Associates.
After careful research and review of skills, experience, preferences and education, several industry targets were chosen. Research was done to compile the companies to fit the profiles that had been created. Then training was done to be sure Mark would be fully aware of the most effective contact development techniques.
Mark’s Consultant also trained him in the area of interviewing to capitalize on the use of RLS methodologies. Also it was important for Mark to understand the reasons to take control of the interviews and the best methods to use for this purpose. Strategies were developed to counter the dreaded “stumper” questions.
After a thorough review of the Marketing Plan created for Mark the campaign was launched. Mark became a very good student of the RLS methods and the results started to happen. As the contact development strategies were implemented a very promising opportunity revealed itself in the form of an management position with a young and promising company. Mark was very happy with the results and the opportunity.
