General Review

Jack was in his late 30s and frustrated in his career path.  He worked mostly evenings and wanted to spend more quality time with his family and have career and income growth.  During this transition, his goal is to start moving towards a management role.

Jack’s consultant analyzed his background to determine his transferrable skills for this difficult move.  Once these skills were defined, she determined which industries the skills would fit into and conducted thorough research of the businesses (both service and manufacturing) in his geographical area (inclusive with key decision maker names). Then she worked with Jack to enhance and tighten his overall communication strategy and maximize a very targeted presentation for each type of interview setting. 

With Jack’s new and refined communication skills he was successful in transferring his skills into a management role within the targeted manufacturing environment-beating several other “more qualified candidates.” His consultant successfully walked Jack through each negotiation and counter offer step.
