General Review

Amanda came to RLS while employed but with the knowledge her department was closing in two months.  She sought help from RLS in identifying new resources for job opportunities, to expand her networking capabilities and to help her secure an HR Generalist position in a growth industry.

Amanda’s consultant developed a resume that highlighted her experience and skills in a variety of HR functions that strongly supported her career objective.  Then he provided Amanda with research on several hundred companies within her geographical preference in growth industries.  Together they brainstormed new avenues for networking and Amanda learned new strategies for connecting effectively with people in her network.

Turning down her first two offers for not meeting her objective of broad HR responsibility and growth industry, Amanda was excited to accept her third offer from a company in the rapidly growing internet industry, and to advance her career significantly by moving into the HR Generalist role.
