General Review

 

After Ken was ‘downsized’, he sought RLS services to explore career options. His consultant developed a functional resume to broadcast his achievements as a leader in training and development.  Ken was eager to increase those job functions he enjoyed and excelled in throughout his next career.  

 

Ken received current research on the industry leaders in Retirement and Extended Care facilities throughout the U.S., which were difficult to research on his own. He was given thorough research and key decision maker names for contacting.  Thus he targeted the several prestigious corporations in the area to much success. 

 

Ken gained from interview coaching prior to his first interview and again prior to the second round of interviews.  At his request, he and his consultant reviewed together the weighty package that consisted of the offer letter and accompanying large package describing the extensive benefit package.   As a result, Ken was able to negotiate up from the company’s initial offer by $10K.  The potential to grow in this large national health care company is truly what attracted Ken to accept this position.
