The HR Technology Conference and Exposition (also know as HR Technology® or just ‘HR Tech’) is the world’s biggest and best conference on HR technology.

Launched 17 years ago, the focus of HR Technology® is the business process and organizational success enabled by technology. This year’s event is expected to attract a whopping 4000 hr pros, up to 300 vendors and pretty much all the big influencers including, of course, our very own Meghan M. Biro and Kevin W. Grossman.

The event, like the TalentCulture community, tackles the issues and ideas which change the way work and HR gets done. HR Technology® covers all the latest trends. These can largely be categorised into the following: SaaS, The Cloud, social, mobile, analytics, video, gamification, Big Data and MOOCs – as well as the more traditional technologies and processes that still compete for your attention.

A huge draw of the event is the fact that no speaking slots are sold. Instead, all sessions are created and delivered by senior executives from many leading organizations. This has the awesome result of high-caliber learning experiences with real-world lessons and practical takeaways.

What’s more, HR Technology® is home to the world’s largest Expo of HR technology products and services – many vendors even choose to announce their latest products for the first time at HR Tech. There is no better place to touch, compare and contrast the latest solutions from leading vendors in every category, as well as start-ups.
