I (“The Participant”) hereby give Interviewing.com, its partner Rivs.com, and any affiliate or parent companies (collectively, “The Companies”), permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance and/or other information as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audio recordings, digital images, written copy, or any other format (collectively, “Information”), taken or made on behalf of The Companies’ activities.  I agree that The Companies have complete ownership of such Information, including the entire copyright, and may use the Information for purpose of promotion, publication, commercial advertising, or any other purpose whatsoever, now or at any time in the future..

These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, editorials, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the Internet.

The Participant understands and agrees that The Company may use any such Information: (1) in all manner and media whatsoever, whether now known or hereafter invented, including electronic and print media and the Internet; (2) with or without Participants’ names;(3) without the payment of royalties or other compensation to anyone; and (4)without the need to notify them or to seek further approval before doing so.

The Participant acknowledges that they will not receive any compensation, etc for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release The Companies and their agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use

The Participant acknowledges reading and understanding this Release and Authorization. Participant agrees that this Release and Authorization fully and accurately expresses their understanding and has not been modified orally or in writing.  By proceeding with this application, you agree to the stated terms and conditions.
